Ohio Co. Health Department Announces Dates, Times for Flu Shot Clinics

Those planning to receive the vaccine are asked to pre-register.

(Rising Sun, Ind.) – The Ohio County Health Department will host a series of flu shot clinics in September and October.

Drive-thru clinics will take place on the following dates at Rising Sun Church of Christ, 315 N. High Street, Rising Sun:

  • Monday, September 26 – 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 27 – Noon to 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday, October 3 – 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Walk-in clinics will be offered at the Ohio County Health Department, 117 Sixth Street, Rising Sun on:

  • Tuesday, October 11 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
  • Monday, October 17 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 18 – 9:00 a.m. to noon

High dose flu vaccine will be available for those 65 and over at all clinics.
