The wind advisory goes into effect at noon today.

(Wilmington, Oh.) – There is an elevated fire danger today due to gusty winds and low relative humidity values.

- Franklin, Ripley, Dearborn, Ohio, Switzerland in Indiana
- Carroll, Gallatin, Boone, Kenton in Kentucky

Strong winds will be possible this afternoon and tonight, both inside and outside of showers moving across the area. Winds of 20 to 30 MPH are expected with gusts up to 50 MPH.
