No Injuries in Batesville House Fire

The incident took place on Sunday afternoon.

(Batesville Ind.) - Batesville Fire was called to a home on Six Pine Ranch Road on Sunday afternoon. 

The fire occurred behind the residence under a covered porch, where smoker/grill caught fire and spread to the house. 

Units arrived within three minutes of dispatch to find heavy fire showing. With mutual aid from Oldenburg and Morris Fire Departments, firefighters were able to quickly bring the fire under control. 

No injuries were reported.
