(Covington, Ky.) – A maintenance project will impact traffic on Interstate 71 in northern Kentucky for the next three weeks.
According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) District 6 Office, crews will be working in the evening and overnight hours on I-71 from the Boone/Gallatin county line to the I-71/I-75 split.
The work will require a single lane closure between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Access to the commercial vehicle weigh station will be maintained throughout the entire project.
The project completion date has been set for September 15.
