Chris Moeller had 10 points to lead South Dearborn. Greenfield Central 63, Franklin County 49 – Dylan Little led FC with 13 points. Bradley Spurlock scored 12. Southwestern 82, Rising Sun 53 – Brent Turner led Rising Sun with 16 points and 7 boards. Hauser 71, Jac-Cen-Del 53 Switzerland County 74, Shawe Memorial 63 – Austin South exploded for 29 points in the Pacers’ win. Kyle Whitham scored 13 for Switz and Damian Breeck added 12.     SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 10   BOYS BASKETBALL Rising Sun 69, Lawrenceburg 68 – Nick Koons put up 23 points for Rising Sun, while Noah Pflum added 19. Logan Lawrence scored 21 for Lawrenceburg and Gavin Yoon had 17. Jason Morton had 8 points and 12 rebounds for LHS. East Central 54, Batesville 51 – Freshman Luke Collinsworth helped EC get the victory with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Tyler Keolling and Jared Volpenhein each scored 14. Batesville’s Isaac Barker scored 12 points, Lane Westerfeld had 11, and Colt Meyer had 10. Robert Raver had 9 points and 12 rebounds. Milan 76, South Dearborn 63 Franklin County 58, Switzerland County 34 – Jordan Floyd helped the Wildcats get a win with 13 points. Dylan Little added 12 for Franklin County. Semi-final – South Ripley 65, North Knox 40

Semi-final – Paoli 39, Evansville Mater Dei 32

Championship – Paoli 55, South Ripley 44 – South Ripley’s outstanding run ends in the regional final. The Raiders finish with a 22-4 record.

  IHSAA 1A Semi-State at Southwestern (Shelbyville)

Semi-final – Jac-Cen-Del 66, University 57 – Lilly Simon had 20 points to get JCD into the regional championship game. Mariah Day and Morgan Carroll each scored 10 for the Eagles.

Semi-final – Indianapolis Tindley 60, Bloomfield 36

Championship – Indianapolis Tindley 74, Jac-Cen-Del 59 – JCD’s season ends at the regional. Lilly Simon had a monster game with 24 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds. Mariah Day and Morgen Carroll each added 10 points. The Eagles achieved a 21-4 record and an ORVC championship.
