LHS Seniors Encouraged to Apply for Brady Gabbard Scholarship

Applications are available online.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Lawrenceburg High School seniors that plan to further their education post-graduation are encouraged to apply for the Brady James Gabbard-Graduate for 28 Scholarship.

The $1,000 award was established in memory of Brady James Gabbard, who tragically lost his life to cancer on July 2, 2021. This scholarship is open to graduating seniors of Lawrenceburg High School in the class of 2026.

To apply, applicants must submit a 500-word essay that reflects on their personal experiences, how they’ve overcome adversity, and how they embody the resilience, compassion, and strength that Brady displayed throughout his life.

The scholarship aims to support a student who demonstrates the same unwavering determination to make a positive impact in their community and future endeavors.

The application deadline is March 31 at 6:00 p.m.

Applications are available online at Scholarship.
