(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Monday was all about motivation and inspiration for Lawrenceburg High School and Greendale Middle School students.
Students gathered in the LHS gymnasium to hear acclaimed youth speaker, Ted Wiese, whose appearance was sponsored by the Lawrenceburg Kiwanis Club.
Wiese began the day working closely with 40 students from both LHS and GMS. Students were equipped with the keys to leadership, encouraging them to embrace their potential as proactive leaders within their respective schools.
The day continued with Weise addressing the larger student bodies, delivering a message on the theme of making a positive change at school.
LHS principal Jared Leiker said, “I firmly believe that our students and schools can only reach their potential when students assume genuine leadership roles. Equipping students with essential leadership skills is paramount to fostering a proactive change within our school communities. Embracing the Tiger Way, we strive to educate and empower students to be our leaders, through a positive school culture.”
