The Lawrenceburg Community School Corporation is asking all parents/guardians of LCSC students to complete the Flu Shot Immunization Opportunity form.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Lawrenceburg Community School Corporation (LCSC) is exploring the option of partnering with the Dearborn County Health Department to offer flu shots to students.
Through this partnership, flu shots would be available to all students, both in-person and virtual learners, throughout the school day. The corporation says that each school would find a location in the building to promote student privacy, and all shots would be given by a licensed medical provider wearing appropriate PPE.
LCSC is asking all parents/guardians to complete the Flu Shot Immunization Opportunity form to assess the interest level of families. One survey should be filled out for each student in the household.
Estimated administration dates of flu shots would be October or November.
