(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The hallways of Lawrenceburg Primary School are abuzz with excitement as a new chapter unfolds in the school’s new wing of classrooms. Within these walls, an inaugural class of seventy-five preschool students has taken their very first steps into the world of academics.

Statistics reveal that one-third of incoming kindergarteners enter into the world of education without prior exposure to the classroom setting. In response, a new preschool program has emerged at Lawrenceburg Primary School, and its mission is to ensure a more seamless transition into kindergarten by nurturing familiarity with the school environment, tailored preschool curricula, daily routines, and more, while promoting an early, positive relationship with learning.

At the heart of this initiative lies a commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. Parents and guardians have the option to expose their students in a comprehensive full-day program or embrace the flexibility of a half-day experience. Parents can even choose between full and partial week schedules. Scholarships and adjusted tuition rates are available for those eligible.

Lawrenceburg Community School Corporation warmly welcomes its youngest Tigers, and looks forward to witnessing their growth throughout their academic careers.
