Lawrenceburg Main Street Announces Music on the River Lineup

The free concert series gets started June 4.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The popular Music on the River summer concert series is returning to downtown Lawrenceburg.

The free concert series starts June 4 with Motor City (The Motown Revue) and will continue each Thursday, with the exception of Independence Day week, through August 27, ending with a show by the Eagles Project.

  • June 4 - Motor City (The Motown Revue)
  • June 11 - Crybaby (Tribute to the Music of Janis Joplin and Woodstock)
  • June 18 - MJ The Illusion (Tribute to the King of Pop)
  • June 25 - Liberty on the River (A Musical Celebration of 250 Years as a Nation) 
  • July 9 - American Ride (Toby Keith Tribute Band)
  • July 16 - Gee Your Band Smells Terrific (Super Hits of the 70s)
  • July 23 - The Police Academy (Sting and Police Tribute Band)
  • July 30 - Boys in the Band (The Alabama Tribute)
  • August 6 - Michelle Robinson Band (Country, Rock and Pop)
  • August 13 - Dukes of Country (The Classic Country Show)
  • August 20 - Gone to Paradise (Ultimate Jimmy Buffett Experience)
  • August 27 - Eagles Project (Simply the Best Eagles Tribute)

Each concert will take place from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Civic Park. 

Attendees are welcome to bring their own lawn chair. Coolers and outside alcohol are not permitted in the DORA district.
