Alan Miller
(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A candidate for Dearborn Superior Court II Judge has been selected as the new president of the Dearborn-Ohio County Bar Association.
Alan Miller is a partner at Zerbe Garner Miller & Blondell LLP in Lawrenceburg. He was elected as president of the local bar association by all lawyers and judges in the two counties last week.
Miller succeeds former president Lynn Deddens, a deputy prosecuting attorney in Dearborn County.
“I am excited about this opportunity,” said Miller. “We should be a leading community service organization in the area. I am hopeful that we can achieve this and more during my term.”
Miller’s term runs for two years.
He announced in September he would seek the Democrat nomination for Dearborn Superior Court II Judge in 2012.
