Laughery Valley FOP Celebrates Another Successful Cops and Kids Event

Approximately $49,000 was spent on local families in need last Saturday.

(Aurora, Ind.) – The Laughery Valley FOP Cops and Kids program was a huge success this holiday season.

Last Saturday, the FOP gathered at the Aurora Walmart to shop with local families in need. 

Approximately 70 officers and volunteers from agencies in Dearborn, Ohio, and Ripley counties were on hand to shop with 312 children and their parents.

In total, approximately $49,000 was spent on holiday gifts and clothing for the families in need.
