Intersection Improvement Project Requires U.S. 50 Lane Closures

The project begins Tuesday in Greendale.

(Greendale, Ind.) - Motorists will encounter lane closures starting this week in Greendale.

Paul H. Rohe Company has been contracted by INDOT to complete a $1.3 million intersection improvement project on U.S. 50 between State Road 1 and Oberting Road.

INDOT says the right hand lanes of U.S. 50 will close both east and westbound on Tuesday afternoon and will remain closed until the project wraps up in November.

During work, motorists should expect lengthy delays and will be restricted to a 45 mph speed limit.

All work is weather dependent.
