(Versailles, Ind.) – Many Indiana DNR public swimming pools and swimming beaches are slated to open this weekend.
Locally, Versailles State Park and Clifty Falls State Park will open their pools this Saturday, May 25.
Brookville Lake is on a long list of beaches that offer swimming with no lifeguards that will open this weekend.
Beaches generally remain open through Labor Day, while public pools are typically open through early to mid-August, depending on availability of lifeguards as they return to school.
