(Dearborn County, Ind.) - A Harrison man and Aurora woman have been arrested for dealing narcotics.

Parrish E. Murphy and Peggy S. Stout were arrested on Tuesday and charged with Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Deliver in an Amount Over 10 Grams (Level 2 Felony); Dealing in a Narcotic Drug with an Enhancing Circumstance (Level 4 Felony); Conspiracy to Possess a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Deliver in an Amount Over 10 Grams (Level 2 Felony); Dealing in a Narcotic Drug with an Enhancing Circumstance (Level 4 Felony); Conspiracy to Deal a Narcotic Drug (Level 5 Felony); and Possession of Methamphetamine with an Enhancing Circumstance (Level 5 Felony).

Police were notified October 20 about a potential sale of homemade pills believed to by Oxycodone 30 mg. The sale was being offered at Stout's Cochran Street home in Aurora by a subject going by the name of "Isaiah Washington", who was later identified as Parrish Murphy. According to a probable cause affidavit, Aurora Police had made two previous arrests at homes on Cochran Street in September where the same type of Oxycodone tablets were found.

Police say the tablets were actually made up of Fentanyl and Tramadol.

On October 21, police say Stout sold 14 of the tablets for $300 outside of her residence. Another sale was allegedly conducted on October 27 with both Stout and Murphy present, along with a juvenile age 10. That is when multiple police agencies arrived at the Cochran Street home and took Murphy and Stout into custody.

During the arrest, Stout consented to a search of her home and vehicle.

During the search, police allegedly located a commercial pill press, a homemade wooden pill mold with white powder residue on it, baggies containing a light bluish powder (Fentanyl), and a baggie containing methamphetamine. The bags were later weighed at the Greendale Police Department with a combined weight of 84 grams.

Stout told police that "Parrish set up all drug deals, gave her the pill to give sell, and he was trying to develop his own pills."

For Murphy, this is not his first run in with the law. He has prior arrests in Dearborn County (2008) for Dealing in Cocaine and Possession of a Handgun without a License. He was previous drug-related arrests in Hamilton County dating back to 2005 and 2012.

Murphy is held in Dearborn County Jail on $425,000 cash and $75,000 surety bond, while Stout's bond is $350,000 cash and $75,000 surety.
