Cassie Smith was located by law enforcement in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is safe and her family has been notified. The Golden Alert is cancelled.

(Boone County, Ky.) - A Golden Alert has been issued for 47-year-old Cassie Smith of Hebron, Kentucky. 

The family of Cassie Smith reported that she was last seen on Monday, April 7, 2025, in Hebron. Smith’s family reported that they were driving to her house to visit her when they passed her driving away from her home. Initially, Smith’s family believed that she was driving to a nearby store. It was later confirmed that Smith had driven to Topeka, Kansas, despite her believing that she was either in Louisville or Lexington, Kentucky.

Smith was last seen driving “east” from Topeka and is currently without her prescribed medication.

Cassie Smith is driving a white 2005 Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck with Kentucky registration 907MVW.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts, or if you locate Cassie Smith, please dial 911 immediately.
