"Go 28 for Brady" to Support Gabbard Memorial Scholarship

A virtual run/walk challenges participants to go 28 miles in March.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – March is Kidney Cancer Awareness Month.

In remembrance of Brady Gabbard, non-profit BradyStrong is hosting a virtual run/walk to raise funds for the Brady Gabbard Memorial Scholarship. Brady tragically passed away at the age of 14 just two weeks after being diagnosed with translocation renal cell carcinoma.

A scholarship was set up in his name to support Lawrenceburg High School student-athletes.

You can support the scholarship fund by registering for the #TigerStrong Run/Walk 28, which is going on now through March 28.

Participants are challenged to raise money and run or walk 28 miles throughout the month.

The entry cost is $10 per individual or $50 for a group.

The individual that has the most miles between February 28 and March 28 will receive a $25 gift certificate to Infinity Jeweler’s. The team with the best name will get a $50 pizza party for all the participants.

To register, visit www.bradystrong.com.
