The Ohio River is expected to fall below flood stage early Friday morning.

(Aurora, Ind.) - Volunteers are needed to clean up in Aurora.
The City of Aurora and Main Street Aurora have announced that a community flood clean up event will take place this Saturday, April 12.
Volunteers will meet at City Hall (235 Main Street) at 10:00 a.m.

Car Country in Aurora and Eagle Country are collecting supplies to help those in need. We are looking for cleaning items, bleach, gloves, trash bags, cleaning towels, rakes, mops, etc.
A Flood Warning remains in effect until Friday at 11:45 a.m. At 5:00 a.m. Tuesday, the stage was at 60.8 feet. The river is expected to fall below flood stage (52 feet) early Friday morning and continue falling.
