Flash Fire Forced Evacuation At Hebron Warehouse

The business recycles ink toners.

(Hebron, Ky.) - An explosion and subsequent fire sent employees running from a Hebron warehouse Thursday.

The fire broke out just after 1:00 p.m. at Close the Loop on Meridian Place. A company spokesman said a piece of metal sparked a flash fire inside the building.

Safety systems worked in containing the fire. Nobody was injured, but employees were force to evacuate.

Close the Loop is a recycler of ink toner cartridges.
