(Franklin County, Ind.) - Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Dave O'Mara Contractors is scheduled to begin an intersection improvement project at State Road 46 and Huntersville Road on or after Wednesday, December 18, in Batesville.

Crews will periodically use flagging operations as work is in progress. Work is expected to be complete in Summer 2025, weather permitting.

This work is part of a contract awarded to Dave O'Mara in April 2024. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
