Immediately following the acquisition of the property along IN-46, the Board of Directors executed a contract with The Sports Facility Company to initiate the feasibility study.

The Sports Facility Company is currently in Phase 2 of 6 and is actively engaged in collecting and reviewing existing data to conduct a market analysis.

Subsequently, after a thorough review of the market analysis, the Sports Facility Company will convene a comprehensive planning session with the Board of Directors and Action Committee members. This session will focus on defining success criteria and refining the vision and other success metrics for the Board. The session is scheduled for late February and will serve as the catalyst for the detailed financial forecast.

The Sports Facility Company will conduct an in-depth research and analysis to generate a comprehensive 5-year cash flow forecast and a 20-year financial outlook. The forecast will encompass detailed financial projections, including construction costs, parking recommendations, facility and operating expenses, and other pertinent factors.

This phase is estimated to require approximately 10 weeks to complete.

As part of the final analysis, the Sports Facility Company will present Citizen’s Aquatics with an economic impact analysis projecting the annual impact of the facility. This analysis will effectively quantify the new off-site spending generated within the market as a result of tournaments, meets, or other events held at the facility.

The Sports Facility Company will also compile a comprehensive feasibility report summarizing all the aforementioned details and present it to the Board of Directors and/or the Action Committee upon completion.

It is anticipated that this study will be concluded within 6 months, provided that all milestones are met on schedule.
