The eastbound lanes are being restricted while cleanup continues.

(Greensburg, Ind.) - Crews remain on the scene of a fatal crash on Interstate 74.
At approximately 4:45 a.m., Decatur County Dispatch received an automatic crash indication near the 133MM eastbound of I-74.
Law enforcement from the Greensburg Police Department and Decatur County Sheriff's Department responded and found a single passenger car had been struck in the slow lane by a tractor trailer.
The single female occupant of the passenger car was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the tractor trailer has been cooperative with law enforcement. There is currently no information on the deceased driver, but they are currently in the care of the Decatur County Coroner.
The scene is still being cleaned up and is currently restricted due to crash reconstruction by the Indiana State Police. I-74 is expected to reopen today.
