Eric's Bay View Grill Goes Up for Sale

The bar and grill opened in 2019.

(Aurora, Ind.) – Eric's Bay View Grill is up for sale.

The bar and grill opened in 2019 at 617 Green Boulevard in Aurora, offering various food items, a full bar, live music and more.

In December, the business closed for renovations, but a reopen date was never set. Now, the business has hit the market via Keller Williams Realty Services.

According to Facebook post by realtor Jay Knowles, all furniture, fixtures and kitchen equipment will be included in the sale.

The 42-acre Marina is listed separately for purchase as a package deal.
