(Walton, Ky.) – Thousands of seasonal jobs will be filled this week at an expanded northern Kentucky warehouse.
EBay Enterprise announced last May that it would invest $52 million in expanding its fulfillment center in Walton from two buildings to three. EBay Enterprise is hosting a job fair Tuesday, with 300 positions available at its new, 639,116 square foot building. The online company is also recruiting for more than 2,000 seasonal positions. The job fair is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at eBay's facility at 30 Transport Drive, Walton, Ky. Applicants must be at least 18-years-old. A background and drug screening must also be successfully completed. The positions such as pickers, packers, equipment operators, and others pay up to $12 an hour. The jobs can also be applied for online at www.adeccousa.com/worknow or by calling 855-423-3226. The job fair is happening the same day that the new building is opening. Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear will attend the ribbon cutting ceremony before heading to Madison, Indiana for the dedication of the new Milton-Madison Bridge.
