Donation Drive to Help Area Homeless Set for South Dearborn/Lawrenceburg Football Game

South Dearborn supporters took the title for most items collected at last year's game.

(Aurora, Ind.) - Attendees at Friday's South Dearborn High School varsity football game are encouraged to donate items to help area homeless. 

A Winter Drive to fill Community Blessing Boxes will take place Friday, October 14 when the South Dearborn Knights host the Lawrenceburg Tigers at Backman Field. 

The only items being sought for this particular drive is hand warmers, gloves and hats. 

Items can be donated at the game or at drop off locations at Huff Realty Greendale and Aurora Emergency Rescue. 

South Dearborn supporters hold the title for the most items collected last year with over 300 items.
