Dillsboro Heritage Days Happens Saturday

There will be many activities going on and local businesses will have great discounts and incentives.

(Dillsboro, Ind.) - Antiques, crafts, and home businesses will be on the lawn in Dillsboro this Saturday. 

Dillsboro Heritage Days runs from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the lawn at the corner of Front and North streets. 

The event will feature arts and crafts, bake sale, Dillsboro History Museum, snacks and refreshments, the annual Skirt Game, Veteran's Walk, and raffles.

Following the event, the Dillsboro Summer Concert Series, featuring the Steve Sizemore Group, will run from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.

During Heritage Days, the following businesses will offer discounts and incentives: 

  • American Legion Post 292 - Open to the public. Free hot dogs. Buckets of beer for $12.50
  • Dillsboro IGA/Family Market - Free 2 liter with every pizza purchase
  • Flowers & Gifts of Love - Sign up for a free drawing (9 AM - 3 PM)
  • Hairlines Salon & Boutique - 10 percent retail. Used hair equipment sale (10 AM - 3 PM)
  • J&J Liquor - 10 percent off wine. Open until 10 PM
  • Lil' Farmers Market - 25 percent off milkshakes
  • Route 262 Outdoors - Sign up for a free gift 10 AM - 4 PM
  • Dillsboro Arts - Open 10 AM - 2 PM. Exhibition "Michele Pollock 'Woods Walking'
  • Janet' Diner - Sign up to win a $50 gift card. "Travel Back in Time" for Heritage Days 11 AM - 7 PM
