Delphi Murder 'Bridge Guy' Video Surfaces Online as Allen Appeals Conviction

(Delphi, Ind.) - Bone chilling footage has surfaced online from the final moments of Liberty German and Abigail Williams' lives.

The video, posted by the "Justice for Rick Allen" website, was a key piece of evidence that led to the conviction of Rick Allen. The 43 second "Bridge Guy" video taken by Liberty German shows a man walking closely to German and Williams on Delphi's Monon High Bridge.

At the end of the clip, a voice is heard directing the two "down the hill."

The video released just a day before Allen filed a notice to appeal his conviction.

Allen was sentenced in December to 130 years in prison.
