Operations were suspended around 2:00 a.m. Monday due to unsafe river conditions. Search and recovery operations resumed around 10:00 a.m. and divers located a vehicle approximately 20 feet off the bank in roughly seven feet of water.

The vehicle and a male occupant were removed from the water.
