By Alison Wiegand [caption id="" align="alignright" width="600"] Photo from www.wlwt.com[/caption] (Boone County, Ky)- A Boone County jury has found David Dooley guilty of murder and tampering with evidence, but not guilty of kidnapping. Mockbee and Dooley were former employees at Thermo-Fisher Scientific in Florence, Kentucky. Dooley was a janitor and Mockbee worked in human relations. David Dooley was accused of beating and killing Michelle Mockbee with an industrial tape gun back in 2012. On the morning of May 29th, 2012, Michelle Mockbee was found face down, head was wrapped in plastic, and her hands were behind her head. At the age of thirty-eight, David Dooley has been found guilty of murdering his former coworker, Michelle Mockbee. In addition, the jury also found David Dooley guilty of tampering with evidence. Trial is in it's sentencing phase. David Dooley is facing 20-50 years to life for murder. And 1-5 years for tampering with evidence.
