(Greendale, Ind.) - Construction is officially underway on Greendale’s new 176-unit, market rate apartment complex near I-275.
This $36 million investment by Kendall Property Group brings a new housing opportunity to Greendale.
This project supporting Greendale’s continued economic development and long-term vision was made possible in part by a $2 million Indiana READI 2.0 grant and a $2.7 million Redevelopment Tax Credits award.
"We are grateful for the partnership and support from Governor Mike Braun, Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and SEI READI that helped move this project from an idea to reality. We look forward to sharing updates as construction continues and this development begins to take shape for the future of Greendale," reads a statement from the City of Greendale.
