(Dearborn County, Ind.) - Indiana Department of Transportation contractor 5-Star Company is scheduled to close State Road 350 beginning on or after Monday, June 3, to complete a series of drainage, guardrail and pavement work in Dearborn County.
Work will take place on S.R. 350 between U.S. 50 and State Road 101. Crews will begin work on S.R. 350 just west of U.S. 50 and will continue to work west, completing work just east of S.R. 101. Closures will take place along S.R. 350 for up to eight weeks, weather permitting. Crews will begin to place signage in the area prior to the start of construction. During the closures, motorists should use the official detour route which follows U.S. 50 to U.S. 421.
This work is part of a $2.8 million contract awarded to 5-Star Company in October 2023. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
