(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A Cleves man has been arrested on gun and drug charges.

Lawrenceburg Police responded to an incident at Tuscany Bay Apartments on February 22 where a man later identified as Bradley W. Harris, allegedly pointed a gun in the direction of at least one person.

According to a probable cause affidavit, witnesses told police Harris was waving a gun in the air and yelling loudly, "I'm going to kill everyone." One witness told police that the incident may have been caused by a domestic dispute.

Further investigation shows that Harris became upset when he found two females in the River Drive apartment preparing to go to work. Police say Harris subsequently threw a chair at the individuals, prompting them to climb out the back bedroom window. Harris allegedly followed them out the window with a gun in his hand.

Harris would eventually flee the area toward the access road to Wal-Mart, where he was taken into custody.

After being apprehended, police searched Harris' person and residence. Police say Harris was in possession of a .40 caliber handgun, approximately 18 grams of methamphetamine, two grams of a brown paste like substance and other drug paraphernalia.

Harris is charged with three counts of Pointing a Firearm (Level 6 felony), three counts of Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon (Level 5 felony), Carrying a Handgun without a License (Class A misdemeanor), Dealing in Methamphetamine (Level 2 felony), and Dealing in Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug (Level 3 felony).

He is currently being held in the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center on $75,000 surety bond and $15,000 cash bond.

Harris is set for a pre-trial hearing in Dearborn Superior Court II on April 9 at 10:45 a.m.
