(Whitewater Township, Oh.) - A Cincinnati man was killed in a two-vehicle accident on Friday afternoon.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office responded to the crash on Interstate 275 near Kilby Road around 1:20 p.m.
Investigators say a 2012 Ford F-150, driven by Michael Webb of Greenwood, Indiana, was traveling northbound in the left lane when he lost control of his vehicle causing him to cross the grass center median.
Webb's vehicle entered the path of a southbound vehicle driven by Greg Rohe, of Cincinnati.
Rohe's vehicle caught fire after he was removed from the vehicle by bystanders.
Rohe sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at St. Elizabeth Dearborn. Webb was transported to the same hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, Webb was utilizing his safety restraints, while Rohe was not.
The crash remain under investigation.
