(Carroll County, Ky.) - A Cincinnati man has been arrested following a police pursuit in Carroll County.
Kentucky State Police were contacted by Cincinnati Police on Thursday requesting to locate a vehicle traveling on I-71. Cincinnati Police were trying to locate a man with felony charges for Strangulation, that tried to ram officers of the West Chester Police Department with his vehicle when they attempted to arrest him.
KSP Troopers identified the man around the 51-mile marker southbound on I-71 in Carroll County and attempted a traffic stop. A tire deflation device was successfully deployed, but the man continued to flee on multiple flat tires until troopers conducted a legal intervention technique around the 40-mile marker.
Terron Minnifield, 25, was taken into custody without further incident.
He is charged with

- SPEEDING 18 MPH OVER LIMIT (LIMITED ACCESS)
