(Batesville, Ind.) - Batesville High School (BHS) will host public tours of its new Innovation Center on Thursday, September 5 from 6 to 7 PM.
All community members are welcome to explore the new school wing that houses its on-site instructional welding lab. Visitors should park in the back of BHS and enter through door IC3. Tours will be given every 10 minutes.
“This new center was made possible, in part, by a donation from Wood-Mizer and through a Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI) grant via the City of Batesville,” said Andy Allen, BHS principal. “Thanks to them, 28 sophomores and juniors are now learning welding in our building. We are grateful for the community support and welcome everyone to view our new space.”
