(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Community members are invited to come together to support a local child living with Larsen syndrome.
Larsen syndrome is a rare genetic disorder affecting bone and connective tissue development, characterized by multiple joint dislocations, distinctive facial features, and skeletal abnormalities.
A Benefit for Thea will be held on Saturday, September 5 at Trinity Christian Center on Pribble Road in Lawrenceburg Saturday, September 5.
The event will run from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. and will feature food, family activities, and raffles featuring donations from local businesses. All proceeds will support Thea and her family as they navigate her ongoing medical journey.
Tickets for food, raffles and activities will be available for purchase at the door. Cash and Venmo accepted.
The goal is to get Thea back to the Paley Institute in Palm Beach, Florida where one of the top specialists in the country can operate on her.
