Asphalt Project Begins This Week On S.R. 252 In Franklin Co.

The work is expected to last into mid-October.

(Franklin County, Ind.) – An asphalt resurface project begins this week in Franklin County.

The Indiana Department of Transportation says Paul H. Rohe Company plans to begin work this week on a project along State Road 252.

Rohe Company will complete patching, milling and repaving work from the Whitewater River bridge east of Brookville to the Ohio state line.

The $2.3 million project is expected to be completed by mid-October.

Lane closures will be in place while work is in progress. Flaggers will be on site.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and use extra caution when driving through the work zone.
