(Batesville, Ind.) - Some stunning artwork has arrived at the new Margaret Mary Hospital.
The collection includes paintings and photos by talented photographers such as Dr. Steve Glaser and Carson Hughes.
"These images do more than brighten our spaces — they celebrate the creativity within our community while showcasing the natural beauty of southeast Indiana," reads a statement from Margaret Mary Health.
The Carson Hughes Foundation released the following statement:
"We know Carson would be ecstatic to see his images hanging in a place where they can touch so many lives. He had such a passion for bringing nature to people, and he truly believed in the peaceful, calming effect it can have on the heart and mind. It is our prayer that each photo brings a sense of peace, calm, and healing to every patient, family member, and staff member who experiences them."
Margaret Mary Health invites the community to celebrate the opening of its new hospital during a Community Open House on Sunday, August 2, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event will take place at the new facility, located at 1155 State Road 229 North, Batesville, IN 47006.
