(Nashville, TN) -- Mark Wills will be the first artist to be inducted into the Grand Ole Opry in 2019.
Vince Gill invited the country music hitmaker to join the organization this month.
Wills will be formally inducted on January 11th.
He has earned eight top-ten singles since launching his career in the mid-1990s.
