(Undated) -- Jerrod Niemann and his wife, Morgan Petek, are divorced.
Patek filed for divorce last June, citing "irreconcilable differences." "Nash Country Daily" reports it was finalized in December.
The couple got married in October 2014 in Puerto Rico.
They do not have kids together.
