Granger Smith's Charity Shirt Raises Over $100K For Hospital

The shirts are a tribute to Granger's late son.

(Undated)  --  The t-shirts Granger Smith designed in memory of his late son, River, have already raised over $100,000 for Dell Children's Medical Center.

Smith and his wife, Amber, started selling their River Smith Tribute shirts last week.

One-hundred percent of proceeds go toward the hospital where River was treated following a tragic accident earlier this month.

The shirts are on sale for $21.99.
