Chase Rice Hurts Himself While Filming Music Video

Chase Rice won't be out of action for long.

(Mammoth Lakes, CA)  --  Chase Rice is recovering from an injury he sustained while filming the music video for "Eyes on You." 

In fact, the injury was so bad, the country music singer had to undergo surgery.  Rice posted on social media this week that his "surgery was a success." 

He apparently tore his pectoral muscle during shooting in Mammoth Lakes, California. 

Rice says he'll be healed in time for his performance in Myrtle Beach tomorrow.
