OFFICIAL RULES

July 16, 2025 – August 6, 2025

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

SPONSORS AND EMPLOYEES OF SPONSORS ARE INELIGIBLE TO ENTER.

MUST BE 21 TO REGISTER AND WIN.  OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF INDIANA - OHIO - KENTUCKY.

 

ENTRY:

a) Register by scanning the QR code at our participating sponsors locations or sponsors website and social media pages to register to win. 

b) Each weekly qualifier will receive a pair of FOUR DAY MAIN STAGE VIP TICKETS TO THE 2025 VOA CONCERT.

c) All listeners are eligible to scan once per day at each sponsor location until you are drawn as a qualifier.  You are only allowed to qualify once.  If a duplicate name is drawn, the next eligible listener’s name will be drawn. There will be a total of five qualifiers. Odds of winning qualifying prizes and grand prize is determined by how many listeners register for the prize.

e) Weekly qualifier names will be announced on the morning show and posted to social media. Two qualifiers will be chosen on Thursday, July 24th.  Two additional qualifiers will be chosen on Thursday, July 31st.  The final qualifier will be announced on Tuesday, August 5th.  A grand prize winner will be announced from the five qualifiers at 7:20 am on Wednesday, August 6, 2025.  Of the five entries chosen, one will be awarded the grand prize of a pair of "Super VIP Passes."  The remaining four qualifiers will each receive a pair of "Main Stage VIP Passes."

 ELIGIBILITY:

Participation is open to any person living or working in Eagle Country. Eagle Country is defined as 50 miles in any direction of Aurora, Indiana.  The winner must be 21 years of age or older.  Employees of Wagon Wheel Broadcasting, LLC (WSCH) and employees of participating sponsors, Harrison Building & Loan, Clark's Home Services, or Whitewater Motors, Indiana or any subcontractors of the above, and immediate family members or household members of anyone so employed are not eligible to enter or win. 

 LIMITATIONS:

One qualifier per name, home address or household.   All participants agree to be bound by these rules.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  If unable to contact a prize winner, after a reasonable effort has been made during five (5) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified with an alternative winner selected.  The winner must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the drawing.

PRIZES:

Of the five entries chosen, one will be awarded the grand prize of a pair of "2025 VOA Super VIP Passes."  The remaining four qualifiers will each receive a pair of "2025 VOA Main Stage VIP Passes."    Tickets CANNOT be SOLD or redeemed for cash.  Tickets must be picked up no later than 12 noon on Friday, August 8th or they will be forfeited. 

The Grand Prize Winner will be drawn at random from all five qualifiers at 7:20 am Thursday, August, 6th, 2025. The prize Winner will be notified on the air and via telephone and e-mail that he or she has won.  Grand Prize CANNOT be SOLD or redeemed for cash. Tickets must be picked up no later than 12 noon on Friday, August 8th or they will be forfeited. 

CLAIMING OF PRIZES:

Prize Winner will be required and agrees to complete and sign release forms.  Prize must be verified between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday @ the Eagle studios located at 20 E. high Street, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025.  Deadline to pick up prizes is no later than 12 noon on Friday, August 8th or they will be forfeited. 

 

RELEASES:

Listeners participation/registration constitutes permission for Wagon Wheel Broadcasting, LLC, without any further obligation to the contest winner, to use winner's name, address and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, except where prohibited by law.  Winner must release Wagon Wheel Broadcasting, LLC, and their parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, prize suppliers, sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any subcontractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives (the "Releasees") of any of the above organizations, from and against any and all claims for losses or damages sustained by said winners, arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize.
