Weather, School Closings Bring Changes to Rivertown Classic Schedule

All eight games will air on Eagle Country 99.3 Jan. 9-11.

(Aurora, Ind.) – The Rivertown Classic is being modified due to weather and school closings.

The tournament will now take place over three days instead of four.

The girls first round matchups are being moved to Thursday, January 9.

  • Lawrenceburg vs. Switzerland County – 6:00 PM
  • South Dearborn vs. Rising Sun – 7:30 PM

The boys first round games will be played on Friday, January 10.

  • Lawrenceburg vs. Switzerland County – 6:00 PM
  • South Dearborn vs. Rising Sun – 7:30 PM

The Saturday, January 11 schedule is as follows:

  • Cheer Competition – 11:00 AM
  • Girls Consolation Game – 2:30 PM
  • Boys Consolation Game – 4:00 PM
  • Girls Championship Game – 5:30 PM
  • Boys Championship Game – 7:30 PM

All eight games will air on Eagle Country 99.3, presented by Ivy Tech Community College.
