Registration is available now

(Vevay, Ind.) - Come and "Uncork the Fun" at the 2026 Swiss Wine Festival by participating in the annual 5K Run/Walk through historic Vevay on Saturday, August 29.
The 3.1-mile course will begin at the edge of the Ohio River and progress through scenic Market Street. The course will circle the town of Vevay and finish back at the Paul W. Ogle Riverfront Park.
This year’s event is once again being organized by the Switzerland County Pacer Varsity Cross Country team with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting the program. Early registration is now available at: https://runsignup.com/Race/IN/Vevay/SwissWineFestivalVevayRiverRun5K.
Cost is $20 per participant and registration before August 19 guarantees an event t-shirt. Registration increases to $30 on August 19 through race day. Those unable to participate but would like to support the Pacer Cross Country program, can visit the registration link and access the "DONATE" option.
Following the event, runners and walkers are encouraged to stay for the Swiss Wine Festival which offers a wide variety of Food Booths, Entertainment, Arts & Crafts vendors, Grape Stomp, Amusement Rides, Grand Festival Parade and much more. For more information, visit www.SwissWineFestival.org
