NKY Fast Pitch Softball Team Wins NSA World Series

(Greendale, Ind.) – A northern Kentucky fast pitch softball team traveled to New York and returned with a championship trophy.

The 12U KAOS fast pitch team competed at the 2018 Girls Fast Pitch NSA World Series in Buffalo, New York last week.

The girls went 6-0 to win the NSA World Series.

To date, KAOS has won three of eight tournaments this season and has lost only six games.

Their roster is made up of tri-state area girls, including two girls from Greendale Middle School: Meghan Heinsman and Rylee Held.

Other team members include: Leilah Ferrari, Kaylee Bruener, Bailey Markus, Nessa Iles, Bri Weber, Michelle Barth, Carly Cramer, Brooke Shewmaker, and Kennedy Baoini.

KAOS is coached by Teri Cain, Gary Held and Brian Baoini.
