East Central boys soccer completed a sweep of the EIAC Monday, claiming the conference championship.

BOYS SOCCER

East Central 1, Batesville 0 – Colden Whitt netted the game winning goal for the Trojans. East Central captured the 2018 EIAC Boys Soccer Championship with the win. The Trojans went 7-0-0 in conference play en route to a current overall record of 11-3-2.

Jac-Cen-Del 5, Shawe Memorial 0 – Jacob Jines kicked in three goals for JCD. Trent Linville racked up three assists. Other JCD goals came from Ryan Wilson and Patrick Wagner.

 

GIRLS SOCCER

Knightstown 4, Milan 3

 

VOLLEYBALL

Lawrenceburg 3, South Dearborn 0 – 25-16, 25-14, 25-16 – Cora Taylor led Lawrenceburg with 9 kills, 3 digs, 2 aces and a block. Emma Sandford tallied 14 digs and an ace. Juliana Kemper was good with 7 kills, 5 blocks, 2 digs, and an ace. For South Dearborn, Jaelyn Lows had 7 kills and 2 blocks. Junior Grace Quinlan in her first game back after being out for 6 weeks with an injury had 1 ace, 4 kills and 2 blocks.

South Decatur 3, Jac-Cen-Del 1 – 25-21, 22-25, 25-14, 25-22

North Decatur 3, Oldenburg Academy 0 – 25-20, 25-20, 25-11
