CROSS COUNTRY

Franklin County boys and girls cross country teams won a dual meet against Lawrenceburg Thursday. The top runner for Franklin County girls was Lauren Kelly in first place at 22:21. Lawrenceburg was led by Hannah Morgan in third at 23:34. In the boys race, FC’s Drew Grant was first at 19:53. Lawrenceburg’s Grant Hensley was third at 20:43.

 

 

GIRLS GOLF

Shawe, Switzerland County and Henryville met in a tri-meet with the Lady Toppers and Lady Pacers not fielding a complete team. Hailey Hines shot a 60 for Switzerland County while Bailey Kilgore had a 66 for Shawe.

South Dearborn 7, Milan 0

Franklin County 4, Richmond 3 – FC was led by Jordan Nichols with two goals and an assist. Grace Noble and Kloe Bolos each added a goal. FC keeper Karlie Hahn made eight saves.

VOLLEYBALL

Greensburg 3, Lawrenceburg 1 27-25, 25-14, 23-25, 25-19 – LHS’ Cora Taylor recorded 19 kills, 9 digs and 2 aces. Emma Sandford added 13 digs and an ace.
