Class 3A Sectional 12 at Mt. Vernon (Fortville) - Semifinals

Mt. Vernon (Fortville) 2, Shelbyville 1 

East Central 1, Greenfield-Central 1 - EC wins on penalties (4-3). 

*The Trojans will take on Mt. Vernon (Fortville) in the sectional championship on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.

 

Class 2A Sectional 28 at South Dearborn - Semifinals

South Dearborn 4, Greensburg 2 

Batesville 4, Lawrenceburg 2 

  • Eli Pearson (BV): 4 goals

*South Dearborn and Batesville will play for the sectional championship on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.

 

Class 1A Sectional 45 at Jac-Cen-Del - Semifinals

South Ripley 2, Switzerland County 1 

  • Zach Gentile (SR): goal (49)
  • Logan Betz (SR): goal

Southwestern (Hanover) 1, Jac-Cen-Del 1 - Southwestern wins on penalties (3-2).

*South Ripley will play Southwestern in the sectional championship on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.

 

Class 1A Sectional 44 at Southwestern (Shelbyville) - Semifinals

Oldenburg Academy 2, Greenwood Christian Academy 1 

Southwestern (Shelbyville) 4, Hauser 0 

*OA and Southwestern (Hanover) will play in the sectional championship on Saturday 2:00 p.m.

BOYS GOLF

Harrison's boys golf team qualifies for the District Tournament for the first time in 40 years.

The District Tournament takes place Thursday, October 14 at Beavercreek Golf Club.
