The IHSAA Boys Swim Sectional Prelims took place on Thursday.

200 Medley Relay: Milan, East Central and Batesville all qualified for finals.

200 IM: Dylan Thomas (Milan, 4th), Benjamin Moster (Batesville, 8th).

50 Freestyle: Ayden Ketcham (EC, 2nd), Nick Weber (EC, 6th), William Johnson (Batesville, 7th)

100 Butterfly: Skyler Cavins (EC, 4th), Ciaran Tyrer (Batesville, 8th)

100 Freestyle: Nick Weber (EC, 3rd), William Johnson (Batesville, 7th)

500 Freestyle: Kaden Cummins (EC, 4th)

200 Freestyle Relay: Batesville , East Central and Oldenburg in the finals.

100 Backstroke: Ayden Ketchem (EC, 4th), Ray Krider (EC, 6th)

100 Breaststroke: Dylan Thomas (Milan, 1st)

400 Freestyle Relay: Milan, East Central, and Batesville all qualified for the finals.

Milan boys set a new school record in first event tonight. 200yd medley relay. New time is 1:44.46. Old record was 1:44.84 set in 2019. Great start to tonight’s meet.
